Typical shipping options include standard ground shipping, which takes approximately 2-5 business days for domestic orders, and international shipping, which may vary depending on the destination.

 

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight of your package, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for certain orders or order values, which will be clearly communicated on our website or through promotional materials.

 

4. Tracking and Order Status:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier's tracking portal.

5. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays for international shipments, may impact delivery times. We recommend reviewing the estimated delivery window provided during checkout for a more accurate timeframe.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions:

We strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible. However, there may be certain regions or countries where shipping is not available due to legal restrictions or logistical challenges. If your location falls under such circumstances, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Please note that the shipping policy outlined here applies to standard shipping services. We may offer expedited shipping options for customers who require faster delivery, which will have separate terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond trying them on for fit.​

 

2. Timeframe:

You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team or visit our Returns & Exchanges page on our website to initiate the process. Returns or exchanges requested after the 14-day window may not be accepted.

 

3. Return Process:

To return an item, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at hello@foreversleepover.com and request your return or exchange. Our team will provide you with an RMA number (return merchant authorization number).

b. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

c. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same steps as the return process outlined above. Indicate your desired exchange item when contacting our customer support team or initiating the return online. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Refund and Store Credit:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Store credits can be applied towards future orders on our website.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for such items if they have been worn or used.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
